Fired for over 86 hours in the groundhog-style climbing wood kiln belonging to Nic Collins in Dartmoor. This large mug is glazed in shino, the rich firing has covered it with wood ash and carbon trapping, more beautiful the closer you look. Great size for a large coffee or tea.
Scars on the side and base of the mug have been covered in bronzed 24 carat gold lustre and re-fired in an electric kiln.
