Wheel thrown in speckled stoneware clay, hand-painted in porcelain slip and cobalt detail. Glaze fired to 1250°C. Overpainted in 24-carat gold lustre and refired to 800°C.
This dish was made to either hang on the wall or be used as a serving platter. A plate hanger is included which can be fixed to the back.
