Fired for over 86 hours in the groundhog-style climbing wood kiln belonging to Nic Collins in Dartmoor. This medium mug is glazed in shino inside and unglazed outside, the rich firing has covered it with wood ash and carbon trapping, more beautiful the closer you look. Great size for a coffee or tea.
Little wadding scars on the base of the mug have been covered in bronzed 24 carat gold lustre and re-fired in an electric kiln.
